To qualify, firms should have launched their first product or service no more than 18 months prior to the entry deadline, i.e. since 1 August 2024. Success in this category depends on a mixture of client and revenue growth, evidence of innovative products or services filling market gaps, brand development and high-class service standards as evidenced through client testimonials.

This award is intended to reward private markets administrators that have demonstrated market-leading innovation in their use of technology. Success in this category depends on a mixture of client and revenue growth, breadth of solutions provided, innovation in services, brand development and high-class service standards as evidenced through client testimonials.

This award will recognise a specific innovation that has effected change in private markets operations in the last year. The award is open to both new and established firms but must focus on a case study of a specific product, service or other innovation launched since 1 January 2025. The successful entrant will be able to demonstrate how they identified a need for their product or service and provide tangible evidence of how effectively this need has been met. Entries will be judged on the impact of the solution on the market as well as client and revenue growth and positive testimonials.
